If Judgment has been entered against you, you will soon receive a Notice to Vacate from the Sheriff’s Department. Sometimes, it makes sense to ask a judge to “set aside” the judgment; sometimes it makes sense to ask the judge to let you stay in your home; and other times it makes sense to appeal. It doesn’t always make sense to keep fighting, but when it does, we know the best and most effective approach to achieve the outcome you desire.
